Privacy Policy of Global FM Co., Ltd.

Global FM Co., Ltd.       - Purpose of use: Joint hosting of events such as exhibitions and consultation meetings, and partnership for transportation tasks

**Article 4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing**
1. The Company outsources personal information processing tasks as follows for smooth handling of personal information tasks.

      - Content of outsourced tasks: Consultation and application tasks for companies participating in events such as exhibitions and consultation meetings, and providing information on the hosting of events

      - Content of outsourced tasks: Consultation and reservation tasks for the transportation of products and samples for companies participating in events such as exhibitions and consultation meetings
   3. Operation of travel consultation centers
      - Contractor: Inhayeongsa Co., Ltd.
      - Content of outsourced tasks: Verification of participant information and travel reservation tasks for companies participating in events such as exhibitions and consultation meetings
   4. Sending of emails, text messages, and notification messages
      - Contractor: Samjung Data Service Co., Ltd.
      - Content of outsourced tasks: Sending information on events and notifications of the Company via email, text messages, and notification messages
2. When signing an outsourcing contract, the Company specifies in documents such as contracts the prohibition of processing personal information for purposes other than the performance of outsourced tasks, technical and managerial protection measures, restrictions on re-outsourcing, management and supervision of contractors, liability for damages, etc. in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises whether the contractor safely processes personal information.
3. If the content of the outsourced tasks or the contractor changes, it will be disclosed promptly through this privacy policy.

**Article 5. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them**
1. Data subjects can exercise their rights to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of personal information at any time to the Company.
2. The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 can be done in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Company will take action without delay.
3. The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 can be done through a legal representative or an authorized representative. In this case, a power of attorney in accordance with the form of Annex No. 11 of the "Notice on the Method of Processing Personal Information (No. 2020-7)" must be submitted.
4. Requests for access to personal information and suspension of processing may be restricted under Articles 35, Paragraph 4, and 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if other laws specify that the personal information is subject to collection.
6. The Company verifies whether the person making the request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is the data subject or a legitimate representative.
